Apple announced a new 4-inch iPhone on Monday, called the iPhone SE and a new version of its iPad pro

The iPhone SE is short for "special edition" and it is the cheapest iPhone yet. Its base model, at 16GB of storage, costs just $399. You can get 64GB of storage for $499.
The iPhone SE comes with a 64-bit A9 processor and an M9 motion co-processor. You also have the iPhone 6s 12MP iSight camera with a dual-tone flash, as well as panorama up to 63MP. It also has the ability to shoot Live Photos and 4K video.

Pre-orders for the iPhone SE go live this Friday, but the phone will officially launch on March 31.

iPad Pro

Apple also announced a brand new iPad  with a 9.7-inch screen during its March 21 event.

The new iPad is a smaller version of the iPad Pro Apple released in November last year.

It has:

a 9.7-inch display
support for Apple Pencil stylus
the super-powerful A9X chip that's as powerful as some of Apple's own laptops
a magnetic Smart Connector for connecting the Smart Keyboard
four speakers
a minimum of 32GB of storage
With all the upgraded specs, the base model of the new iPad costs $599
